His First Flight (उसकी पहली उड़ान) कहानी Liam O' Flaherty लेखक द्वारा लिखी गई एक प्रेरणादायक कहानी है।
कहानी का सारांश
एक युवा सीगल अपने परिवार के साथ समुद्र के किनारे चट्टान पर रहता था। वह उड़ना नहीं जानता था और उड़ान भरने से डरता था। उसकी माँ, पिता, भाई, और बहन उसे उड़ने के लिए प्रेरित करते थे, लेकिन उसका डर उसे रोकता था।उसका डर इतना बढ़ गया कि उसने उड़ने की कोशिश करना ही छोड़ दिया। उसकी माँ ने उसे खाना देना भी बंद कर दिया, ताकि भूख उसे उड़ने के लिए मजबूर करे।जब वह भूख से परेशान हो गया, तो उसने अपनी माँ को मछली के एक टुकड़े के साथ अपनी ओर आते देखा। मछली को पाने की लालसा में वह अपनी जगह से कूद गया। जैसे ही वह गिरने लगा, उसके पंख अपने आप फैल गए, और उसने महसूस किया कि वह उड़ सकता है।इसके बाद, वह अपने परिवार के साथ उड़ने लगा और समुद्र के ऊपर मंडराते हुए खुशी का अनुभव किया।
कहानी का संदेश
यह कहानी हमें सिखाती है कि जीवन में डर से मुकाबला करना जरूरी है। आत्म-विश्वास और प्रयास से हम अपने डर पर विजय प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। केवल पहली बार डर को पार करने की आवश्यकता होती है, और फिर हम अपने जीवन की ऊंचाईयों तक पहुंच सकते हैं।
